PowerDsine's Power over Ethernet (PoE) 30012 Midspan offers a cost-effective, fully IEEE 802.3af compliant solution designed for the Small Medium Business (SMB) market. The 30012 PoE Midspan allows an easy, simple and cost-effective way for SMBs to deploy low-density installations of powered terminals, such as Wireless LAN Access Points (WLAN APs), network security cameras and Internet Protocol (IP) phones. For Wireless LAN deployments, the PowerDsine 30012 PoE Midspan supports up to twelve WLAN APs, replacing current 1-port power injector solutions that only support one dedicated powered terminal.
