CB LINK GBOX ETHERNET ADAPTER FOR LINE/MATRIX PRINTERS
The GBox 10/100 Ethernet Adapter enables a printer with a parallel port (IEEE 1284) to print like a Printronix IGP printer over a TCP/IP Ethernet LAN. This provides an alternative to using large Printronix line printers to print IGP documents.
The GBox from CSP GmbH is an external IGP-Interface designd for a laser printer with HPPCL5/6-emulation, IBM Proprinter or Epson emulation, and label printer with Zebra ZPL emulation.
The GBox supports printing IGP documents from OS/400, UNIX, Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Novell hosts, allowing the printer to be shared by everyone on the network. The TCP/IP address is set through a GboxInit Program and a browser. Additional configuration can be done via a web browser. On-board flash memory allows for easy field-upgrades.
